This Privacy Policy explains how MB Janus Digital ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Face Yoga inside ChatGPT, visit tryfaceyoga.com, or contact us about the app.

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
the Face Yoga app inside ChatGPT;
the website and related pages we operate for the app, including tryfaceyoga.com; and
support, feedback, and other communications you send to us.
This Policy does not apply to third-party services we do not control, including OpenAI's ChatGPT product, payment providers, or other third-party services. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy.
Information we process
a) Face and wellness inputs
Photos, selfies, face-related inputs, questionnaire answers, and any other details you submit for face yoga guidance, progress tracking, or analysis.
b) Progress and preference data
Onboarding quiz answers, saved plans, exercise history, progress-related information, check-in data, wellness-related inputs you choose to provide, and other preferences or settings associated with your use of the app.
c) Widget-only operational data
Internal record IDs, image references, plan references, and similar technical data needed to render the app UI and let you view, update, or remove saved entries.
d) Technical and security data
Request timestamps, IP address, user agent, server logs, and similar diagnostic metadata needed to operate and secure the service.
e) Support and communications
Information you include when you contact us for support, send feedback, or report an issue.
f) Website usage data
If you visit our website, we may collect standard website usage information such as browser type, pages viewed, referral information, timestamps, and similar analytics or operational data.
How we use information
We use information to:
analyze photos, questionnaire responses, and other inputs to generate face yoga guidance, recommendations, and related outputs;
save, update, and delete plans, progress entries, preferences, and related app activity when you ask the app to do so;
personalize your app experience, recommendations, and in-app content;
operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
detect abuse, prevent misuse, and maintain reliability and security; and
respond to support requests, feedback, and communications.
How we share information
We may share information:
with OpenAI, because the app runs inside ChatGPT and tool inputs and visible tool outputs are processed through the ChatGPT platform;
with our hosting, database, logging, infrastructure, and similar service providers, strictly as needed to run the service;
with model-processing providers used by the app to analyze inputs and generate face yoga guidance or related outputs;
when required for legal compliance or to protect rights, safety, and security; or
in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Data minimization
We aim to keep model-visible tool outputs limited to the data needed to answer your request.
Photos and other face-related inputs may still be sent to models or supporting services for analysis when needed to generate guidance or other app features. The minimization step here is narrower: raw image payloads and internal record IDs used only for rendering or follow-up widget actions are not echoed back in model-visible tool results, and are instead delivered only to the widget when needed.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
Saved plans, preferences, progress entries, questionnaire answers, and related app data are retained only as long as needed to provide the app's functionality and support an ongoing personalized experience.
Items you remove in the app are deleted from the active product view, though limited backups or logs may persist for a short operational period.
Security and diagnostic logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for monitoring, abuse prevention, and incident response.
Support communications may be retained as needed to respond to your request and improve support.
Your choices
You can choose not to upload photos or not to submit optional questionnaire answers or other optional inputs.
You can use the in-app controls to remove saved entries or change your preferences.
You can stop using the app at any time.
You can contact us if you want to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
The Site and app is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or our practices change. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
